Before Season 10, I used to think of my Sorcerer as a glass cannon — deadly, but constantly one mistake away from death. Then I discovered perma teleport, and suddenly I was playing a completely different game. This build turns you into a blur of movement, letting you cross the battlefield faster than anything else in Sanctuary.
The concept is simple: you stack cooldown reduction (CDR) until your Teleport ability refreshes almost instantly. The execution, though, takes some planning. Flickerstep boots are your foundation — their ability to reduce cooldowns after dodging is what keeps the rhythm going. Then add Evade CDR on your boots and maximize CDR on your amulet, focus, and helmet. Every fraction of a second matters here .
Once you have it all working, it feels like breaking the rules. You’re teleporting nonstop — through mobs, over lava, across entire maps — while your Crackling Energy or Hydras handle the killing. In chaotic areas like Infernal Hordes or Pits, this movement makes all the difference. You can dodge Uber boss attacks effortlessly and reposition instantly for better DPS.
Season 10’s infernal theme makes this build even more satisfying. The visual of darting through hellfire like a lightning ghost never gets old. Plus, perma teleport isn’t just fun — it’s practical. I’ve cleared Tier 100 Pits in record time using it, farming Runeshards efficiently while barely taking a hit.
It takes practice to master, but once you do, you’ll feel untouchable. In a season built on chaos, perma teleport gives you the freedom to move like the storm itself.
